The network-based solution CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording Network enables permanent access to to current booking times of your employees. All clocking data are directly transferred to the server and are at the same time stored at a smart card.
The device is installed on the wall or can be used as a tabletop device with an optional stand, which ensures easy clocking in and out. CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording Network is applicable everywhere – in the office, in agencies, factories or production facilities, and en route.

Every employee gets forgery-proof smart cards which are used as time cards and can be personalized for each employee. The CHIPDRIVE® terminal serves as time clock and connects with the local area network to transfer all clocking data directly to the server.
As the terminal is compliant with already existing CHIPDRIVE® time recording systems, the simultaneous use of the terminal and the mobile battery-operated CHIPDRIVE® mobile reader is possible.
The extensive and powerful software CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording ensures that clocking data such as project times, holidays or work absences and special settlements can be quickly and easily analysed and is available right when needed.
CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording Network starter kit contains everything required to start recording working times for up to 25 employees immediately – the stationary wall mount terminal to clock employees in and out, a smart card reader to define personal data for each user card, the CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording software and the user smart cards and can be extended up to several hundred employees.
As all components can be purchased individually, CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording Network can be customized and extended to address the requirements of specific environments.
CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording Software is the central system for administration and evaluation. It is used to enter an employee, specify target times, manage projects and breaks, vacations and sick leave. Use the software to collect and store data. Sophisticated evaluation options make the system a professional tool for your enterprise.
Use CHIPDRIVE® PC Time Clock to clock in and out directly at a workstation using a smart card and card reader. The entries are sent to CHIPDRIVE® PC Time Clock Server via the local TCP/IP network (HTTP) or by e-mail (POP3 / SMPT).
CHIPDRIVE® PC Time Clock Server is a link between the central installation of CHIPDRIVE® Time Recording, the installations of CHIPDRIVE® PC Time Clock and (or) any number of CHIPDRIVE® terminal devices.
